Synopsis

A contest is made by the Fifth Hokage called jōnin vsgenin. The point is to collect crystals for points, with the higher-ranked chūnin and jōnin holding crystals worth more points. The genin have blue crystals, while the chūnin and jōnin have red crystals. The video shows various fights between the genin and jōnin, with each instance ending in the jōnin unknowingly gaining or discarding their crystal.

Trivia

• This OVA was portrayed in Ultimate Ninja 3, where Tsunade will give the winner whatever he/she wants. Naruto ended up as the winner, after a final match against Kakashi who forfited after seeing Naruto's charisma and he was the Hokage for one whole week. In the game, a blue crystal is worth one point and a red crystal is worth five points. The shinobi with the highest points won.
